A Comprehensive Concept in Design and Construction

The newest and tallest skyscraper in downtown El Paso is a LEED®-certified, multi-tenant, multi-level green building. The overall project encompassed 264,000 rentable square feet of Class AA space, 12,000 square feet of ground floor space, and access to 850 parking spaces. PyroCom was incredibly proud to be awarded the Design-Build for security, low voltage, audiovisual, and special systems for this amazing project.

From the Ground Up

The design-build project planning began before construction. We worked with nationally renowned architects Duda|Payne and Moss Construction to carefully integrate our security and access portals throughout the 20-story building.

Connecting People

The multi-tenant aspect of this building made access control a key focus for integration. We had to provide security for employees and guests while still making everyone feel welcome. That integration extends to outdoor common areas with surveillance in Hunt Plaza.
